Icon Swim does not allow refunds. Please refer to our returns policy and shipping policy for entire store policy details.
Modify or cancel an order
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If we have mailed off a package, and it is returned to us (packages marked Return to sender) due to an incorrect/ undeliverable address, we will issue store credit for the net total minus the shipping fee. You will be held responsible for the initial cost of shipping the package. Please make sure to check your shipping address and order details before submitting the order, as we will not be held responsible if order details are submitted incorrectly, and we are unable to modify in time before processing.

Flash Sale & Promotional Offer Policy
Our flash sales and promotional offers are exclusive to customers who sign up for our SMS and email notifications. These time-sensitive promotions are valid only during the specific time window stated in the offer.

Promotions cannot be applied to past orders, regardless of how recently the order was placed before the promotion began.

Route Shipping Protection
We offer Route Shipping Protection with all orders placed. This protection is automatically added to your cart. Route protects your package in the event your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. If Route shipping protection is manually removed from your order, Icon Swim will not be responsible for replacing or refunding any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
When checking out, you agree that you understand and accept these terms as outlined in our store policy.
In the event you have to file a claim with Route, please use the email sent and follow instructions. The claim service will allow you to choose whether you would like a replacement or refund issued, once the claim has been investigated.
Out of Stock Item
In the event an item ordered is unavailable, we will issue a refund for this item. Due to the influx of orders that we experience, we will be unable to notify you before the refund has been issued and the remaining items of the order have been shipped. Thank you for your understanding of this matter.

We kindly ask that all customers report missing or undelivered packages within 30 days of the order’s shipping date.
If we do not hear from you within that 30-day window, we are unfortunately unable to assist with lost or missing packages, as we are no longer able to file claims with carriers or investigate delivery issues after that timeframe. NO REFUNDS OR RESHIPMENTS CAN BE MADE AFTER THIS TIME.
