When will my order ship?


Standard shipping on domestic items is 3-7 business days from order date. This does not include our 1-3 business days for processing. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

All orders IN STOCK leave our facility in 1-3 business days (this is determined by volume) Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically. 


International shipping is 3-5 business days. This does not include our 1-3 business days for processing. Excludes orders for Barbados, Bermuda, New Zealand, Haiti, which incurs a 5-7 business day shipping.

There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country. Icon Swim is not responsible for any of these charges. The shipping charge only covers the shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery arrival times/dates, as Customs can delay your package for reasons beyond our control.

 If you refuse a shipment from Icon Swim or a shipment is undeliverable, you are still responsible for the cost of the merchandise, the original shipping charges, any import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Icon Swim. Express Shipping ( Domestic)

Express shipping for domestic orders is 3-4 business days. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

We do our very best to ensure that all items are in stock but in the rare occurrence that an item is unavailable or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification, you will be notified within 48 business hours. 

 Please be aware that we cannot control any delays caused by the carrier during the shipping process once your package leaves our facility for any shipping method, as carrier delays are out of our control.


Route Shipping Protection

We offer Route Shipping Protection with all orders placed. This protection is automatically added to your cart. Route protects your package in the event your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. If Route shipping protection is manually removed from your order, Icon Swim will not be responsible for replacing or refunding any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

When checking out, you agree that you understand and accept these terms as outlined in our store policy.

In the event you have to file a claim with Route, please use the email sent and follow instructions. The claim service will allow you to choose whether you would like a replacement or refund issued, once the claim has been investigated. 

Out of Stock Item

In the event an item ordered is unavailable, we will issue a refund for this item. Due to the influx of orders that we experience, we will be unable to notify you before the refund has been issued and the remaining items of the order have been shipped.
