Shipping Policy
- Domestic Standard Shipping is 5-9 business days(includes processing and delivery).
-Domestic Express Shipping is 1-2 business days(order must be placed by noon est to ship same day)
-International Shipping is 7-14 business days(does not include processing time).

Returns
Please note: Icon Swim wants you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. We understand you may want to occasionally return items because they're not quite right for you. For those times, here's what we can do for you:We do not allow refunds. Return for Store Credit Only Follow instructions below to return items postmarked within 7 days of delivery date. Any packages returned to our warehouse outside of the 7 days will be subject to a 20% restock fee which will be deducted from the store credit amount. Please ensure conditions below are met before returning. Once your return has been received at the warehouse, Store Credit in the form of an eGift card will be issued which can be used immediately on the purchase of your exchange items. Store credit will be issued in the amount of the subtotal only. Returns are processed within 72 business hours of being received. Conditions Items must be in their original condition and sanitary protection labels in place. IF SANITARY STRIP IS NOT ATTACHED TO SWIMSUIT, THE SWIMSUIT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BE REFUSED! We do NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the customer. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to have the damage/worn item returned to them. If customer declines to pay for shipping charge, the customer will be charged a 50% damage fee which will be deducted from the original price of item and credited for the remaining balance. Please note that swimwear sold as a set must be returned as a set. If only top/bottom is received, the package will be refused. We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on garments until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking. Sales and Clearance Items Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more of full price are Final Sale and can not be returned. Clearance and/or items marked as Final Sale on product page are not eligible for return. All clearance items will be marked 'Clearance’. Damaged or Defective Goods At Icon Swim, we take pride in our products and undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you. International Orders Please note for all international returns all shipping fees, customs and/or duties any other such fees are the responsibility of the client. Domestic Orders Please note for all domestic returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees to have the item(s) returned to us.
